Rachel Andel is a key member of the Yoon Dermatology team, having progressed from her initial role as a receptionist to taking on significant responsibilities in marketing, social media management, and overseeing the cosmetics division and inventory. After graduating from high school, Rachel pursued and obtained an Associate’s Degree from St. Charles Community College.
With a solid foundation in customer service built through years in the service industry, Rachel made a strategic career shift to dermatology. This transition was driven by her growing passion for skin care, a field where she has found both professional fulfillment and a deep sense of pride in her work. At Yoon Dermatology, Rachel is committed to enhancing patient experiences and enjoys the collaborative spirit of working alongside her dedicated team. Rachel plays a critical role in managing the practice’s marketing and social media efforts, strategically enhancing the clinic’s brand presence online. She coordinates content creation and community engagement, effectively using digital platforms to promote the clinic’s services and engage with patients.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading and spending relaxing weekends at the lake. Her empathetic nature makes her a valued member of the Yoon Dermatology team, positively impacting both patient relations and clinic operations.
